ABOUT

IMG_20251214_191546(1).jpg

I'm Amy, a marketing communications pro with 15+ years turning business goals into strategic copy, campaigns, and content that actually get
results.

The through-line of my career is simple: I find the story and tell it in a way that makes people act. That's held true whether the client was a music festival, a nonprofit serving working musicians, a holiday lights spectacular, or Texas railroads. (Yes, railroads! B2B freight
logistics has stories too — you just have to know where to look.)

My path: I founded and ran Combo Platter, a boutique marketing and event consultancy, for twelve years, working with festivals, expos, and cause-driven organizations across Austin and Seattle. Before that, I managed sponsorships for One Reel, one of the Pacific
Northwest's premier live entertainment producers. Since 2018, I've been a freelance Senior Marketing Projects Manager with Hart Marketing, handling marketing strategy, execution and projects of all kinds for clients across industries.

I'm based in Dallas, Texas, and work with small- and medium-sized businesses locally and remotely.

In my spare time, I'm into live music, rooting for the Texas Rangers, and plotting my next trip.

Ready to elevate your brand?

I take on contract and part-time engagements, one-off projects, ongoing retainers, and everything in-between.

Not sure what you need? That's normal — most projects are multi-pronged. Tell me what you're trying to accomplish and I'll tell you what it takes. If I'm not the right one to serve your needs, I'll refer to you to someone more suited.
